Toon Bodyslam started his 30th day of charity run campaign today (November 30) from Hua Hin to Cha-am amid several hundreds of local people lining along the road giving him morale support and making donation to his 2,191 kms run from Betong to Mae Sai.
He started his run along with his teammates at 3.45am today after taking one day rest due to pain on his legs.
Today Toon or Artiwara Kongmalai was also joined by well-known Thai boxing fighter Buakaw Banchamek.
Charnchai Baimongkol, a member of Toon’s “Kao Kon La Kao” charity run scheme, asked the people lining up on the road to give morale support not to surround him while he paused to receive their donations, or to talk to aged supporters and children.
He said donors can drop cash donations in bags carried by other members of the running team instead of handing to his hands directly.
Toon has now almost finished half of his 2,191 kilometres long run or 1,094 kilometres.
