People from across the country continue to visit the Grand Palace’s Dusit Maha Prasart Throne Hall to pay respects before the Royal Urn of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej today, with latest figure showing over 10 million people have visited.
According to the Bureau of the Royal Household, a total of 10,109,743 people have arrived and paid homage before the Royal Urn in the past 305 days after His Majesty the beloved King Bhumibol Adulyadej passed away on October 13 last year.
Only on Sunday (September 3), a total of 45,125 people arrived to pay respect to the late King.
The bureau said further that so far donations from the people amounted to 754,646,253.26 baht.
The Royal Cremation for the late king is scheduled for October 25-29.
