Filipino injured after falling from Suvarnabhumi airport’s fourth floor terminal

A foreigner holding a Filipino passport was seriously injured after he fell from the fourth floor of the Suvarnabhumi airport yesterday evening.

According to airport security officials, the man fell from the fourth floor of the airport terminal onto the second floor of the departure terminal.

Airport rescue officials arrived at the scene immediately and have him primary life assistance before rushing him to Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital.

Airport police said the man arrived on a KQ886 flight from Kenya to Suvarnabhumi at 1.30pm yesterday on transit to Manila on the Phillipine Airline’s Flight PR727.

The cause of his fall was unknown as security officials were looking into video footages on CCTV cameras.

He is in critical condition.
