Chulalongkorn Hospital today released the seventh announcement saying the Supreme Patriarch’s condition remaining stable with dropping blood pressure.It said that the medical team is providing him antibiotics, medication to increase blood pressure and is closely monitoring his development on a 24 hours basis.

A student at Nevada middle school opened fire with a handgun he took from his parents which killed a teacher who tried to help. Another two students wounded. Later, the gunmen eventually shot and killed himself with the semiautomatic gun.

Altogether 19 cars were towed away in the first day of the metropolitan police’s campaign against illegal parking on 10 major city roads.

Also on the same day today, 97 cars were wheel-clamped and their owners fined for illegal parking.

Narathiwat police today arrested a bomb suspect who they said was responsible for the explosion near a local administration election station in Ra Ngae district  where two soldiers were killed and five media representatives were injured on Saturday.

Narathiwat police chief Pol Maj-Gen Pattanavut Angkanawin said that six suspects were arrested but all were freed except one who the police believed  was responsible for the Saturday attack which wounded five reporters and killed two soldiers.

Thailand today delivered six million baht flood aid to help Cambodian people  affected by devastating flood in its country. The first stage flood aid was given to Cambodian ambassador to Thailand Mrs You Ay by Thai Foreign Affairs Minister Suraphong Tovichakchaikul at a ceremony held at the ministry late this morning.
